Spots on baby

Any idea what these spots could be on baby. Has them on face and arms and hands.
I thought they were bites as started on holiday a couple of weeks ago but more keep popping up now.

Aaahh poor baby!
Could be hand, foot and mouth disease or chicken pox.
Hope s/he isn’t too poorly with it x

If they keep popping up I'd still assume it's bites, maybe fleas either brought in from outside or from the holiday accomodation if you don't have pets they are very resistant to flea treatment this year and I'd imagine baby is on the ground alot.

We never had HFM but chicken pox doesn't come up over a matter of weeks.

He's not poorly at all and they don't seem to be bothering him. I've phoned 111 just waiting to hear back.

Maybe fleas we do have a dog but she doesn't scratch and no one else in the household is getting bit.

My irrational fear is bed bugs as the cot when we were away did look old and it's odd that it's just him getting them
