Baking disaster - any bright ideas?

I’ve made a lovely batch of ginger biscuits, except I forgot to put any sugar in (don’t know how I managed that!). What can I do with tasteless biscuits to use them? I hate waste!!

Can you put icing on top? Add the sugar that way?
Or maybe sandwich them together with butter icing?

Melt chocolate or do an icing

Put some icing on them.

(cross post or just a little peeved)

Bash them to pieces for the base of a cheesecake? Melt sugar into the butter to mix with the biscuits to form the base

I would probably try smashing then to crumbs and mixing with golden syrup and butter to use as a cheesecake base. Or adding the crumbs to some brown sugar and oats for a crumble topping.

Not sure how it would work out but it feels like it should be ok.

And mine. I wouldn't have thought of that.

@dementedpixie Thank you! I think that is the idea most likely to render them edible!
Cheesecake this weekend, then.
Still need to bake some biscuits as they were for someone else!

I immediately thought of a pudding that my grandma used to make when I was a child. It had a ginger base and a creamy lemon topping - a bit like a cheesecake, but made with condensed milk.

Had a Google and found it! https://www.waitrose.com/home/recipes/recipe_directory/p/paula_s_lemon_pudding.html

Crumble them onto ice-cream? Make some rocky road?
