Reducing phone time for whole family

We have teenagers, dh and I are stressed with work and family life and we've all just got into really bad phone habits.
We all tend to spend our down time on our own on our phones.
I'm planning a chat with the family after GCSEs are over about this and see what everyone thinks.
I'm mainly concerned about ds. He has a long summer, no job (will look) and is on his phone a lot. He will end up spending the whole summer on his phone if I don't take steps.
Any tips from anyone who's tackled this?

Rather than have the fight to take phones off teens, I tried to keep them busy with hobbies, trips out and PT jobs.

Yes I have a bit of a phone problem. The o my way I find to stay off it is to be out doing sometimes else.

I guess activities is the best way but it's hard to think of activities for teens and me and dh in the evening after work.
But dh and I are just as bad, I can't lie. I'd like to give us all the challenge of reading a book and watching a film together occasionally.
Im hoping dc will spend time with friends but that won't be every day.
