I think this story had just got lots of attention due up his past with Caroline, when he called off the wedding after sending invites. Plus the whole Tiger Woods divorce drama. The media know people love it.

Rory is great, always very truthful in interviews and wears his emotions on his sleeve. Who knows what goes on in someone's marriage?

Funny how you know enough about his marriage to do a bit of muck raking but nothing about his stance over the LIV.
I mean, if it's all about money he could have made enough there to pay off any wives but he chose to put principle before money.

Surely this does happen, people decide to split then reconcile? We have no idea what the original reasons were or what's brought about the change.

It must be awful to go through that in the public eye, but if he hadn't put the original announcement out, there would have been speculation anyway.

Meh, admittedly I'm not a big golf fan so I'm not totally up to speed but he seemed pretty quick to scale back the criticism of LIV when they announced the merger with PGA. Isn't he actively involved in those talks and has come out and said he shouldn't have criticised the LIV so much or something to that effect? Now if he had resigned from PGA in protest I would wholeheartedly agree with you that he puts principle before money.
