I've had this about 6-8 weeks
No idea how I got it, but it's a split underneath the toe, as pictured
It hadn't healed at all and is so sore. It's been many weeks
Do I see a GP? What can they even give?
I've tried plasters. A pharmacist said to try a cream but I did and it didn't do anything despite me being strict with applying it
It is really deep 
can't really take a photo because the phone won't focus properly on that area
