I miss Qnola - just me?

I discovered, originally in Sainsbury's cos it was on offer, my perfect breakfast Qnola. Soooo delicious and my body felt great on it ...
Bought it regularly, online after Sainsbury's stopped stocking it.
Then it disappeared at some point during the COVID shenanigans, I think maybe food supply chain issues or staff issues or cash flow polished it off... But I really wish it was still available

I would say I was a massive fan and really miss it in my morning routine. Anyone else sorry to see it's demise?

I only ever tried the cacao and cashew one, so maybe we tried different flavours - can't imagine anyone disliking it. 😁

I wonder if anyone out there has a packet still in the cupboard 🤔 I would love to get my hands on some.

The only glitch is I'm currently building a house (personally that is, not hiring people) in my spare time (work and have two kids) so I'm not sure when I'll have some results for you ... But if that's ok, it would be fun to do. 😁

My mission - and I've chosen to accept it.... Thanks to Madam Massive Salad is to recreate long lost beloved brekky cereal...
Step one:
Capture and preserve for the record the secret recipe...
Quinoa (27%), RAW CASHEW NUTS (11%), sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut, toasted coconut flakes, sunflower oil, raw cacao nibs (5%), raw cacao powder (4%), coconut palm sugar, chia seeds, pink salt

Interestingly (or is it 🤔), I find nettle seeds (collect from hedges easily and free) a good replacement for chia seeds so I might go off piste as I refine... But as a chef I am notorious for using recipes only as the starting point for negotiations. 😁
But I loved Qnola so much (I realise how sad that sounds) - think I'll play it straight to start with.

Oh! And just remembered that tomorrow I'm going to town to take my daughter to see her pal so I could pick up the ingredients then - omg, might have something to share sooner than I thought!

Just remembered I have a bag of red quinoa in the cupboard probably past it's best before which would be pretty and that website you shared says any colour works (great website - thanks!)
