Ive not got a full on cold ie not sneezing etc, yet, but feeling a bit achy and throaty just wondering in everyone’s experience can a sauna or steam room help or is it best to avoid?

Breathing in steam from bowl of boiling water with a spoonful of Vicks in with a towel over your head will be just as good. Less chance of infecting a load of other people too 😁

Yes - steam often is good for sore throats but buy a small humidifier for use at home or simply run a hot bath/shower for goodness sake instead of infecting other people.
