50th birthday ideas

Hi, my DP is turning 50 soon and i would like giests to participate in a special gift such as a canvas with 50 things we like about you or something else...

But apart from this idea, im a bit stuck... any other crafty idea?

Honestly? I’d much rather people contributed to some cases of decent wine. That’s the sort of creative affirmation I’d like.

Thats in addition to people's gifts (if they want to do one).
I was going to ask each guests during a party for one thing they like about DP and then frame it. So thats free!
But im sure there are other ideas like that around.... which is what im looking for...
