Lightly boiled or steamed broccoli in a bowl (i filled the whole bowl, so almost a whole head of broccoli)
As soon as it's in the bowl, add a sachet of miso soup mix (the little sachets) but no extra water
Stir
Enjoy!
Of course you have to like broccoli! But if you do it's a really satisfying snack, and works out at just about 100 calories 😋
