Recommend me a restaurant

We're staying just outside Plymouth at the end of the month, does anyone have any good restaurant recommendations? Family (all adults) will eat anything, except there's 1 pescatarian, but she's happy with chips and dessert if she has to.
Don't mind what budget, DHs 40th is the reason, needs to accommodate a pram. We're all foodies so unless they're exceptional no chain restaurants please.

The Pig at Combe. Near Honiton. Lovely place and great food. Might be a bit far from Plymouth though.

The Rod and Line in Tideford was very nice last visit I made.

It's a seafood speciality place.

@GentlemanJohnny thank you, we went there a couple of years ago. But you can never go wrong with a Pig restaurant.

@TheNoonBell I'll look into that, I was thinking a seafood one might be a good option.

Probably too far away but the Elephant in Torquay was exceptionally good and there was a couple with a pram there too.
