Assuming you mean the one near Blackpool. If so, it's lovely. My parents stayed in a lodge and loved it, the spa hotel is also fantastic.

I live nearby! It's lovely, a really nice place. Lots to do for adults and kids, great places locally if you fancy a day trip out and it's just a generally good little staycation place.

I use the spa and gym there all the time, it's always clean and all the staff are fantastic.

We went when DS1 was 3 and had a great time. The pool and the zoo in particular were fantastic, and while the soft play felt a bit miserable to me as it was in a dark room he had a great time. The grounds didn't feel that large - we'd hoped to do some cycling but once you'd done a loop around the outside that was pretty much it. Restaurants were pretty dire.

We didn't use the spa, but I've heard good things. Accomodation was clean and spacious, not particularly luxurious but that could have been the style we chose.

I’m the dissenting voice… we hired two big lodges with hot tubs last year. I didn’t love it. It wasn’t as fun as Center parcs, and every activity was +++
