my 3.5 dd has had some spots on her bottom for around a week took to the doctors and saw a hcp and was told not sure and given steroid cream then saw a pharmacist that said to use thrush cream? Since then the spots have now spread to her arms and more on her bottom. Any ideas what they may could be? They seem to be red then go down and then flare again, red and also have a yellow centre some have now crusted over on her arms
