Am getting quotes for private health insurance, and they’re all pretty expensive once I tailor them, so want to at least make sure the service is ok.

any good/bad experiences or tips?

I’d definitely recommend speaking to My Health Protected – they’re an independent health insurance broker and review all the major providers like Bupa, AXA, Aviva, etc. I’ve used them myself and they really helped tailor the cover to my needs while keeping costs reasonable. Worth having a chat before you decide – their advice is free and they can often access better deals than going direct.
