Bruised hand

Hey guys, new here.
I was at work today and didn't bang my hand at all. I just got a shooting stabbing pain in my wrist. It has gone from dark blue to almost bruised. Please help. It bloody hurts.

I get this in my hands and fingers occasionally, I think it's possibly Adenbach Syndrome.

Neither had I until it started happening to me and I did some Googling. It's nothing serious, just random bruising in fingers and palms. I feel a pop and a burning pain for a bit and then the bruise starts to appear.

Ahhh, okay. A friend thought it might be a burst vein. Am not sure what it is. Hurt when it happened,when I was washing up at work. I didn't get out of washing up for the rest of the day, though 😂🤣
