Badly teething baby

My daughter is 20 weeks has been teething really badly for what feels like weeks now. But in the last week or so She's gone from being a super calm and chill baby, so easy to settle, to screaming and crying and almost inconsolable at times.
She's got the teething gels and Calpol regularly to help, and one of her bottom teeth has broken through, you can feel and just see the little points of the new tooth.
She starts screaming and crying and nothing seems to help her, some days she just has to cry it out until she falls asleep, which I hate for her and end up in tears next to her!
I will say she sleeps like a dream at night, which is a good send. She will sleep from 8.30pm to 7.30am, it's just the daytime she seems so unsettled all the time.
I'm just wondering if this phase will pass or If she's just changed into a complelty different baby!
