Flying when DS has croup

We were due to fly at 6 this morning, but when I woke my son up for the flight he started with the croup cough, croaky voice etc. He had a runny nose yesterday but I just thought it was heyfever.

He's now had the steriod in a&e and the nurse had said he should be fine to fly tomorrow. So would you rearrange the flight for tomorrow or cancel altogether.

I'd fly. We flew back from America about 6 hours after steroids, dd was cleared fit to fly and they gave us the tablet form of deco if we needed it on the plane. She also had salbutamol.
