I am not sure of the purpose of this thread. Is it to ridicule him?
He is hurting no one. And TBH, his costume is a work of art. I hope he finds happiness in his next animal venture.

LikeWhoUsesTypewritersAnyway · 09/06/2024 00:20

WTF?

RichardsGear · 09/06/2024 00:22

Impressive costume and I’m sure lots of people will borrow it

Soonenough · 09/06/2024 00:25

Woof

GordonBlue · 09/06/2024 00:27

Shame he didn't practise before getting the suit - he might have known then that walking that way wouldn't work for him.

If I was him I'd just think : fuck it, I've paid fourteen grand. If that doesn't earn me the right to be an upright dog that walks on two legs I don't know what does.

So glad I have that mental image before going to sleepShock

JuneIsBustinOutAllOver · 09/06/2024 00:28

It is a good costume, though.

He looks really sad in the picture!

I would have thought he'd have been better off imitating an ape that has facultative bipedalism to match his skeletally-determined gait limitations.

Or an ostrich.

Ilovebees · 09/06/2024 00:31

Some people have more money than sense 😂 some people are mental

GordonBlue · 09/06/2024 00:33

There must be some deep reason why he's not going for easy options like ape or ostrich. Maybe he is only drawn to the impossible.

OP posts:
AutumnCrow · 09/06/2024 00:55

You think being a bonobo or an ostrich is easy?

He may be able to walk the walk but the shagging and land speed issues would be extraordinarily challenging.

SnowFrogJelly · 09/06/2024 00:57

😂 is this for real

GordonBlue · 09/06/2024 01:09

Okay maybe not easy as such but easier than being a collie, in musculoskeletal terms.

@SnowFrogJelly yes, real as far as I know. He's got a YouTube channel.

Tbf he doesn't appear to believe he actually IS a dog. So that's something I guess.

He's a bit of a nutter but harmless I should think.

Hope he has fun with it. Especially considering what he's spent on it.

GordonBlue · 09/06/2024 01:37

Yes he appears to want to transform himself as fully as possible while still being aware that he is in a state of transformation. It's almost holy, an altered state, like a physical manifestation of a belief.

I have been on this forum for over a decade and this thread might be my favourite ever already.

CremeFresh · 09/06/2024 01:41

I would think walking on 4 legs makes him feel rough , maybe it gave him the Collie wobbles. (The costume is not a border collie, it's a rough collie)

Edited

It probably gave him paws for thought.

Perhaps he should buy a a giant version of one of those dog prams and hire someone to push him about.

FindingMeno · 09/06/2024 05:12

I am so impressed at that costume!!
It looks like so much fun!

Who 'picks up' after him, I wonder?
