What little things do you do to look after yourself?

I really need to look after myself more. I am mid 40s, feel tired and headachy all the time. What little things do you do, at any age, just to prioritise your health and mental wellbeing?

Making sure I stick to my skincare routine. (It’s very noticeable if I stop, especially in winter.)
Lots of protein, low sugar.
Taking a multivitamin everyday
Around 3 litres of water a day (i have a litre water bottle and just fill it up at intervals throughout the day).
Prioritising sleep/a comfortable bed
New nail varnish/lipstick/beauty product once a month
New item of clothing once a month, even if it’s just comfy socks. (I’ve thrown out a lot of old clothes, and trying to build my wardrobe back up with basics and staples that all work together.)
Keeping on top of my hair with at home colours/cuts/conditioning treatments.
Applying a gradual tan moisturiser if i’m looking particularly run down.
Keeping the living room/kitchen/our bedroom tidy/clutter free.

Currently very pregnant, and can’t waddle far, but getting out for a long walk used to help me feel better.
