I live on the west coast of Scotland and midges are the Bain of my life especially because I react so badly to mosquito and midge bites.
A few days ago I was bitten on the ankle by one which as you can see has resulted in a lovely scab. Despite taking an antihistamine every day and using hydrocortisone cream the itching is still intense. However today the whole area seems a bit swollen and these fluid filled blisters are appearing. Should I be concerned about this?
