Step daughter had a job for 4 yrs, she then left and started a new job but failed her 3 month probation.
She hasn't listed the 3 month job on CV but put "career break"
She has an interview next week but If she lands a new job does she need to give her new employers her p45 from the must recent job that lasted 3 months ?
As stated she was told not to put that 3 month job on cv as it looks like she failed probation (which she did) and this could hinder new jobs. Please no judging re not being honest,
But if she gets a new job would they want p45 from most recent job ? Which they would not be aware of due to circumstances
Please advise ? Thanks
