Hoping someone can recommend a diet plan that can give all the nutrients needed - bonus points for on a budget and easy to make.
I’ve never been a great eater, had a little appetite and prefer to eat little and often but I’m finding myself so tired and worn out lately, and know I need to look at my diet.
The problem is, nothing takes my fancy and I find it hard to know what to make myself. I’d prefer to follow a plan then I know what I need to eat, rather than waiting until dinner time then thinking ‘there’s nothing I fancy, so I’ll skip dinner’.
At the minute breakfast is my only real meal and I’m just snacking on whatever through the day. My BMI is the low end of the ‘ideal’ range.
