Have migrated from tax credits to UC and just got my statement through where it says my award is zero!
There's no mention of my childcare costs in the blurb underneath, is it likely a mistake that can be rectified quickly?
I was above the earning threshold for working tax credit but was still getting child tax credits so was expecting same here and every calculator I've done has implied same.
I submitted my invoice and proof of payment for childcare provider so hopefully just a mistake?
Any advice welcome!
