Smooth philtrum?

I am new to this .. I had posted this on a different thread bc I don't understand the topic to put so I apologize if this is the wrong one..

I was never aware about what a "smooth philtrum" was given I do not have one so it never crossed my mind about how another persons might look. I have been wondering though, if my daughter does after recently analyzing her features more as she grows. Her pediatrician has never mentioned anything? But I might as if anyone mentions they agree! Here is the picture attached:

That’s not a smooth philitrum.
do you have some concerns as a smooth philitrum is usually a sign of fetal alcohol syndrome.

I never had worry...until recently I guess!?? I did not know I was pregnant until about 9ish weeks when I found out but I have been told to not worry too much about that. This would be the only thing triggering any doubt I suppose. Just didn't seem very defined
