Google play 'needs more information' before allowing me to use voucher I just bought?

Does anyone know how long this takes?

Bought a voucher through amazon to buy sn upgrade in app and when I tried to redeem it they made me stake screen shots of the order and tell the the redemption code.

Now on my Google account the situation is 'pending' but u need the use the voucher!!

I can't just use my debit card now as I won't get a refund for voucher

It is unusual to buy a voucher off amazon. Are you sure the seller is legit?

I'm not talking about Amazon as it's become merely a shop. Private companies also sell via it. I was asking if it was via a private seller rather than Amazon itself.
