- Been on an exercise kick for the last 2-3 months and doing a lot of running. Stopped that around a month ago, due to various reasons (outting!).
The backs of my knees feel huge. I've got what feel like deposits of fat either side of my knee. The backs of my knee feel tight. My arse feels huge and I look about 4 months pregnant (I'm def not).
What the hell has happened? Last week I was away on holiday and enjoyed food and drink

I am absolutely mortified (and sad) with how I currently look and feel
