Im smoking my last one atm.

i will be using a vape.

Throw everything away! I used the nhs stop smoking service a couple of years ago and someone called me all the time it was great to help me be accountable

I restarted smoking earlier this year, after I quit smoking 26 years ago!
I’m now sitting here dying to dash out and get some cigarettes, and I am slowly eating my weight in chocolate in an attempt to distract myself. This seems harder than when I first quit tbh and this is only day one.
