I have helped just 3 people to reduce their water bills. It's not advice on saving water, it's discounts for eligible people.
Each time it took one, no waiting phone call.

Thank you, yes it is very similar, I just find Martin's a little easier to assimilate. Some will prefer CAB.

It would never have occurred to me that discounts were available. I am not entitled, but so many people must be, and are not aware.
