PLEASE HELP Liquid Foundation on Carpet

I dropped liquid foundation (I dropped the tube and the lid burst of and it spurted) on the carpet: how do I lift it?

I have already tried a damp cloth and have put down some pre-wash stain removal spray, as it was all I had in the house, but nothing doing.

Any ideas?

Micellar water should lift it, dab rather than rub so you don't spread it further.

As above and washing up liquid warm water on a cloth kind of press and lift not rub. What colour is carpet ? What colour is foundation ? Do t do everything t the same time, so try one thing let it dry , then try to improve with the next thing , let it dry

I’ve seen the Body Shop’s gentle camomile eye make remover recommended as an excellent stain remover for carpets. Or how about trying a make up brush cleaner?
Dr Beckman has a stain devil that is meant to specifically remove mud grass and make up stains. I’ve found some of their removers hit and miss, so can’t say if it works but I swear by the one for grease, lubricant and paint - it’s the only thing I’ve found that totally removes grease stains from t shirts
