Can anyone recommend a Fear Of Flying course?

I happily flew all over the world in my 20s and 30s, but in the last 15 years I’ve developed a fear of flying. It’s not a phobia, I don’t have panic attacks, but I really really hate it, and I dread it whenever I think about our forthcoming holiday.

DS1 (age 18) has just set off with his friends on holiday, and I’m terrified of his plane crashing.

I don’t travel much these days, but we do have an annual family holiday, and I feel like I need to get a grip on this flying fear.

I don’t want medication, and I don’t drink, nor do I want to be at all sedated because I need to function at the destination.

Has anyone done a course? I hear there are online courses, which would probably be handy, as life is quite busy. Would anyone recommend any particular courses?

thanks

I went on the BA one at Gatwick about 13 years ago and it was fantastic. I still don’t love take off but I’m fine throughout the flight. I used to dread the flight a few days before which ruined holidays. We did go up for a short flight end of day. I would suggest doing one in person if you can.
