Colourful Orgasms

When I am orgasming through sex with a partner I experience my orgasms as colours. Sometimes they are purple, yellow or red. The colour isn't solid but kind of moving/wavy, sometimes in the form of flower petals?

I had no idea it was weird until I told my partner after that my orgasm was a purple one...then consulted a friend and she had no idea what I meant.

I'm guessing it might be a form of synesthesia? But I don't have it for anything else..

I guess my question is, am I alone? Does anyone else know what I'm talking about?

I've never heard of this but my immediate thought was about Scriabin. And what an exciting concept combining your experience with listening to his music.
Then looking up Scriabin I see he didn't actually experience synesthesia.His was artificial synesthesia. Which is disappointing.
