Pepper mouldy?

Shall I chuck it? Seems a bit fluffy!

That's normal, it's the inside of a pepper 😕

They’re usually white and smooth on the inside of the pepper. It’s white and has fluffy/hairy bits coming off it.

Roast it will kill any baggies and it's nicer

Cut off the furry bits. Use the rest.

Looks normal to me. Some have more white stuff than others, some are fluffier than others. Some have a tiny baby pepper growing inside them!
