Has anyone applied to the CS recently for a HMRC customers service role ?

Just that really! There was a job in April that I applied for as a HMRC customer service advisor . Passed the online test , had an interview . Had an email this week to say I met the requirements and passed interview but they were unable to offer me a job immediately so I am on a reserve list .

I don’t know if that means that I haven’t got the job but I’m on a reserve list for similar roles , that I haven’t had an offer but I’m on a reserve list for if any who have been offered turn it down / don’t pass security checks or if everyone who has passed interview is on a reserve list and offers will be made . I emailed to ask my place on the reserve list and the reply was “ Unfortunately, we are unable to provide further details of position on merit list as this changes day by day. The campaign is still under review, when these have all been reviewed we are then able to discuss your merit list position. “

So I was just wondering if anyone else had applied and had an offer ?

Is this for the Liverpool one? Currently waiting on my feedback

No , Birmingham - but I don’t know if there were multiple locations . The closing date was 15th April

Oh okay, yeah i applied for the Liverpool one but closing date was 28th May. From what I read , the examiner gets a certain amount of videos and if you are not in their top list then you get put on a reserve until all exams have been marked then from total reserve list , they will choose the top applicants . good luck! hope you get it

How long does it take to get off the reserved list and vetting at HMRC ? I am on reserve list for HMRC AO SUPPORT OFFICER ROLE . I PUT MY SELF DOWN FOR CROYDON AND STRATFORD AND HOW LONG DOES VETTING TAKE ?
