Should I be worried? (Health related)

I gave birth 6 months ago (5th pregnancy) and had quite bad constipation throughout pregnancy which is unusual for me.

This has conditioned ever since and I'm much more gassy than I uses to be.

About 2 weeks after birth I noticed 2 hard, tender when pressed lumps under the skin of my bum cheeks, either side of my anus. They occasionally hurt more after large bowel movement.

I generally don't have any bother with them though and assumed that we're a result of things moving after chidd birth. I felt uncomfortable mentioning them at my 8 week check as the Dr seemed uncomfortable talking about any womens issues and since they weren't bothering me I kind of put them to the back of my mind.

The last few days one side in particular, the side where the hard lump feels bigger, have felt more tender and have occasionally made it uncomfortable sitting down.

Has anybody had this before? I kind of feel silly going to the gp in case it's just a normal, not really spoken about post birth thing? Or should I be worried?

I didn't have this issue after any previous births.

Just to note it's not agony or anything, just tender when I press and sit on hard floors. No bleeding, pus etc and completely under the skin

Also to add, pretty sure it's not piles as I've had them plenty of times before and no actual pain in the bowel, just these two tender lumps under the skin in my bum cheeks.
