Weird recurring dream!

I’ve had this dream at least weekly for the past few months (probably more frequently but I don’t always remember my dreams!)

In the dream, I’ve somehow missed an entire module’s worth of coursework and exams for my English degree and won’t be allowed to graduate (I finished the degree almost 10 years ago!) and I always wake up in a cold sweat. Grin

Any wannabe dream analysts around?

I have an almost identical dream when I am worried about something that I need to do.

I would say you are subconsciously worrying about something that you have coming up (I had the dream even when DS was doing A Levels).

I think this is a very common anxiety dream theme. I often have a recurring dream about failing to submit my GCSE art notepad/ sketchbook or suddenly realising it's full of blank pages. I did my art gcse in 1996.

Makes sense for it to be anxiety-related, I’ve come off my anxiety medication due to pregnancy! I’m doing alright without it day to day but clearly it’s sneaking up on me in my dreams 😱
