Home cctv recommendations please

Just that really. Various reasons I feel the need to have cctv round the home front and back of the house.
Can I have some recommendations please.
I'd imagine 4 cameras, 2 front and 2 back.

We use Blink, but to get the best out of it we have to pay £8.99 a month.

I actually wouldn’t recommend Blink. Heavy battery usage, paid £35 for a solar mount for one and it never works. Then had to spend another £12 for each one to get them plugged in.

the app is slow. If someone rings the doorbell I can’t load the blink camera fast enough to see who is there.

despite having the sensitivity high, it doesn’t save the start of motion.

In hindsight I would get something with a memory card to save direct to.
