I need some help with music playlists please!

I need to compile several playlists appealing to different age groups, but with a focus on feel-good music that makes people feel energised and happy. It can be any genre and any era.

We can do this one of two ways.

a) please tell me your rough age, and the songs you associate with happy times, the best days of your life, being young and carefree, the bands or albums you listened to on a loop as a student, or the songs that would always get you up on the dance floor or singing out loud with friends. Anything anthemic.

b) alternatively just hit me with a few songs of any age or genre, regardless of your age, that you absolutely love and they put you in a great mood every time you hear them. Doesn't matter if they are well known or not, I need some intriguing, non-mainstream, niche 'cool' or 'classy' stuff that people won't necessarily know, as well as the big hits.

Thank you in advance.

Is it to dance to or listen to? Guilty pleasure random uplifting stuff:

Summer of 69 - Bryan Adams
Red light spells danger - Billy Ocean
Can you feel it - The Jacksons
Suspicion - Stevie Wonder
Hung up - Madonna
Girls and boys - Blur

I'll think of more

Not to dance to really no, but needs to make people feel happy and energised, or just intrigued because they think it's cool and haven't heard it before.

Spotify has an AI feature where you describe what sort of playlist you want and it will generate one for you.

Some of my favourite upbeat songs in no particular order, favourites for a multitude of reasons including reminding me of my younger days. I’m 39 if that helps.

Mr Brightside-The Killers
Shes Electric-Oasis
Laid-James
All Summer Long-Kid Rock
Shotgun-George Ezra
Three Little Birds-Bob Marley
Sex on Fire-Kings of Leon
Set You Free-N trance
Dreamer-Livin Joy
Proud Mary-Tina Turner
Town Called Malice-The Jam
Faith-George Michael
Valerie-Amy Winehouse
Ain’t no mountain high enough-Marvin and Tammi
Place your hands-Reef
Chelsea Dagger-The Fratellis
I Wanna Dance With Somebody-Whitney
Drunk (and I don’t wanna go home)-Elle King and Miranda Lambert
Livin on a prayer-Bon Jovi

And then Paradise by the Dashboard Light from Meatloaf reminds me of being young (underage😂) in a bar and singing it at the top of my lungs but not sure if it would count as upbeat for other people!

Labi Siffre Something inside so strong Most people know it as an anti apartheid song, which it is, but Labi said it's also partly about his own experiences growing up gay. I still think it's a very positive empowering song.
