Anyone completed the EasyJet fear of flying course?

I have booked myself as really trying hard to address this anxiety but now freaking out -

I did the BA one years ago. What are you frightened of? I dont enjoy flying but I drive and I cycle 20 miles each day. I know which is most likely to injure or kill me. Clue. It isnt flying.
