What do you suggest buying in the States?

Lucky enough to be going to a big City in the States for a week.
I have already found where the Bath & Body shop is and will be stocking up on M&Ms. Is there anything you always look for to bring back?

Melatonin. Massive packs of Advil (neurofen) and Tylenol (paracetemol). Everything else available at home now. But you will come ,across things that look different. Enjoy looking around and have a great time.

The only thing we always bring back is a big tub of melatonin. And a couple of tins of maple syrup whey I visit my friend in Vermont.

Most other things are no cheaper there, and often better quality in Europe nowadays.

I see you've already thought of M&Ms, but make sure they're peanut butter M&Ms - they're lush and you can't get them here.
On the medicine front - Aleve (naproxen), brilliant for headaches
