What camps/clubs are your 9 year olds doing this summer?

As we go into the last half term tomorrow I am feeling the fear as usual - I work and my son will be doing at least three weeks, possibly four, of camps or clubs this summer (4 days a week). I will coordinate with his friends' parents so he won't be going alone, but I am wondering if the normal multi-sport multi-activity ones are going to feel a bit samey, and maybe they are ready for something more focused? Or maybe they just want to piss around as usual - I suspect so Grin.

What are your similar age children up to in terms of activities?

Also nobody needs to feel sad about a lack of downtime. Even if I didn't work, he is not that child.

I work for SuperCamps in the holidays, and although it's definitely not the cheapest out there, we do our utmost to give them a fun day.
In addition to the multi-activity clubs, some sites also offer weeks of cookery, Lego, football (run by Chelsea FC) and performing arts.
We have a sister company, Bushcraft, who do forest school type things, and some sites offer that as a sleep-away provision.

They aren't a nationwide company though. Most are in the south, and they get fewer and further apart as you go north. The two furthest north are Milton Keynes and Birmingham.
