Prescription for buying online glasses? Help needed please

Can anyone help me work out how to complete the prescription information for ordering glasses online if I just want reading glasses?

I want to order prescription glasses not ready made reading glasses as the choice of frames is better.

I just need strength +1.5.

Is this Addition ADD near +1.5? Do I need to put anything else?

On this website, you select "Ready Readers" where it says "Choose Lenses" and tell them +1.5.

Other websites may work differently, but you basically need to tell them you need "Readers," not prescription, which is what you seem to have on your post.

What info is on your actual prescription?
I have values in the SPH, CYL and AXIS sections as well as an extra in the ADD section for reading. Copy what's on your prescription to get the correct glasses.

They usually ask you to upload a copy of your prescription anyway so the values will need to match
