Would you view a property for rent with an estate agent that you are currently renting with?

I posted this yesterday but didn't get much feedback so posting again for advice.
My lease is up soon and I'm currently renting with an estate agent , they have put a property up for rent that I am interested in and I would like to view it.
Would you be worried if the estate agent you are currently with knows you are viewing other properties? I don't want it to affect my current tenancy especially if I decide to renew my lease here.

Not at all , go for it.

Not at all. The estate agent might even be pleased - they’d get a fee for you taking the new property and another fee for re-letting your existing property if the landlord retained them. It’s just business - it’s not personal.

Thanks, I was worried it would be a silly move to view a property with my current estate agent as they don't know I'm interested in moving. Just didn't want it to affect my current tenancy in any detrimental way.

Sounds fine to me, no reason it should affect your current tenancy.

Sticking with the same estate agent makes moving much easier as deposits can be transferred, they wont need new references etc etc

Of course I would.
