I don’t, but I also don’t see why it’s particularly disgusting. It’s just mucus made by your own body, it’s not inherently grosser than the saliva in your mouth or the phlegm you naturally swallow if you don’t cough it up properly.

Even when children, who are too young to know any better, do it I want to tell them off and say to use a tissue. There is absolutely no excuse for grown adults to excavate the contents of their nostrils and eat it. It’s utterly remedial and vomitous.
