Can I ask what it's like working for the police. I have heard working for the MET is stressful not so much working with the public . But actually working for the MET. Bullying etc. Is if different working for Kent police or Norfolk police for example.
Obviously I'm talking about people who have left the job. Or know someone works or worked for them.
Oh does it also depend on what part of the MET you work in as well
Is there anyone to go to if someone feels bullied by the boss or a similar person.
