Would a change in diet help with spots ?

I’ve been getting bad jawline and under chin spots for the last month and it’s really getting me down as it’s red and angry and itchy, doctors are no help as they can’t figure out what it is causing it. Not using any new products.
I have admittedly been eating a lot of sugar/dairy/bread lately, and drinking more alcohol as been on annual leave, more sugar esp than usual and I’m considering doing a cut to see if that helps.

have any other acne suffers done this and seen a difference or is it a load of rubbish? I want to try anything now.

My skin is significantly better when I don't eat dairy. When I first gave it up within a fortnight people were asking me what I was doing, the difference was huge.

It's well worth trying for a month to see what happens.

Do you use retinol? I found it was great for my wrinkles but after a few months of using it I got such bad spots under my chin. Had to ditch it.

I agree with the dairy, I get itchy spots along my jawline if I have too much.
