Ear plugs

I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for really good ear plugs or similar for a desperate shift worker nurse to be able to sleep through or try and sleep through neighbours house building works!

I work a lot of night shifts, travel quite far to my shifts so making sure I make the most of the sleep time I can get before the next shift is really important.

Does anyone have any good recommendations please? I know none will be able to take away all the noise but thought a good product might be my best chance!

Thanks in advance

Good noise cancelling earphones (I use AirPods) playing pink noise have genuinely saved me with incredibly noisy neighbours and night shifts

I use the silicone ones, much better than foam ones.

I've tried a lot of ear plugs and I think the best for blocking out noise are Alpine SleepDeep.

I work night and use these sometimes if neighbours are noisy.

I use loop quiet earplugs. They are the only thing that helps me sleep through my husband's snoring 🙄

these look similar to loops, but work better for me and are cheaper.
Dh likes the squishy silicone type linked to upthread. I think it's pretty personal.

I have noisy neighbours and these earplugs have saved my sanity. I wear them every night and sometimes out in the garden too, they're very comfortable.

I use Silverline ear plugs, the kind of thing builders use. They work really well for me (and are cheap) and other makes I've tried are often too hard. I also tried the waxy ones that are supposed to mould to your ears and they didn't work for me at all although my colleague thinks they are great. I think it's trial and error to see what works for your ear shape!

Mack's are supposed to be the best. My husband wears them for sound protection on his motorbike.

Noise reduction around 32 decibels. I haven't found anything better than that.

Thanks everyone, I'm on a Google search now looking them all up!
