So I'm renting an apartment and my lease is up soon, I've found a house that I'm interested in to rent as I would like more space. But it's being rented out by the same Estate Agent as my current apartment so if I contact them and go and view the property they will obviously recognize me or see my name and know that I am looking for somewhere else to live.
I don't want them to know this as I don't have anywhere else to live secured and so would be worried that they would terminate my contract at the end of the lease or tell my landlord that I have been looking at other properties. Basically I don't want to cut my nose off to spite me face, what should I do? I also may not even be successful in getting the property.
