Nat West online banking-anyone else find logging in a hassle ?

Online , not the app.
Anyone struggle with this?
Apart from the fact that online and the app require different log in details which surprises me.
I always struggle with logging in. Told today that this is because of an 'internet loop' the cure to which is clearing cookies and browsing data.
Is it just me who struggles?

I found this so swapped to the app. The app is far better.

I help an elderly relative do this - YES it's a bloody nightmare!

But it sounds like you're having technical problems whereas I just think the site is ridiculously complicated!

I rarely log into NatWest online now as it is such a pain. I just use the app.

There have been problems for a couple of days.

Thank you all , at least it's not just me .
I wanted to check some historical credits and I find the on line layout easier .
But I think I'll stick to the app.
@JanglyBeads you have all my sympathy . It's bad enough doing itt myself , must be worse helping someone.

I like the online log in - when it works. I’ve used it for years and it definitely gets more erratic. DH uses the app, but I don’t want to get involved in more complications.

I agree- it's a right faff.
But- the app doesn't do everything, so loginis still needed.

Unless you mean from a security pov, which I guess can't be argued with!

Because I’m used to it, I suppose.
