I have been looking for a new job for a while found one that offers progression definetly something I cant do in my current role. My new role will be 9 to 5 I feel a bit guilty as il be able to drop kids off everyday but won't be able to take them to some clubs. Current job is very flexible but not best pay no progression and I'm not busy at all been here few years now. In scared that what if I don't like my new job also after leaving a company so flexible. Altough new job said they would understand when I need to leave early for the kids things such as sports day.. anyone left a job and chose something less flexible? I knew I wanted a job with more money and progression and feel like I've been there for my kids while they have been young now it's time to get a career but have mum guilt.
