Why do I feel so awful postpartum?

I’m almost 6 weeks postpartum, I had an unplanned c section due to failed induction but it was quite chill and I didn’t labour much beforehand although I was exhausted having been in hospital for a few days.

I thought I was recovering well but lately have started feeling so awful. My limbs all ache, especially my legs. Feel exhausted even though my DS isn’t a bad sleeper. My appetite is fading, my c section wound is still sore although it doesn’t look infected at all. I have on and off pain internally but it’s mild. Have been having on and off bleeding still, sometimes red but usually brownish and light.

Can I go to the doctor with a list of all these symptoms? Has anyone felt similar? I want to turn up and say that I just don’t feel right but this feels very vague (even though true!)

you need to go and be checked out. Ask for some blood tests that would show results fit symptoms like this. Being anemic is possible

Second possibly anemic. I was very anemic after my c section and I felt awful. I couldn't even walk up the stairs without having chest pain at the top! I assume that was the anemia because I've not had it since! It does take sometime to get back to normal. I think I'm only just recovering now and my lad is almost 2!
