Has anyone experienced slap cheek aka paravirus as a parent? My son has the virus he's been slightly unwell, now he's feeling better he's bounced back, he has the rash its not bothering him, meanwhile I've suffered really badly with a temperature and feeling unwell now I've got the rash on my chest and neck feeling hot how long will it last? I feel awful I didn't think adults got the virus bad? any experiences please share 🙏

My son had it many years ago and you wouldn’t know he was ill. I however, felt awful! With aching joints and really unwell. I recovered quickly though < 1 week

Hope you’re ok, my 7yo has it at the moment. Seems fine in himself! I’m worried about getting it, I once got hand, foot and mouth which is mild for kids but was horrific for me 😬

Thankfully my temperature is better but it has made me feel bad, these childhood viruses seem to test us parents! Hopefully you don't get it!

I've had it, wasn't too much worse than a cold, but the red marks stayed a few days and then my skin was like an old handbag for weeks afterwards wherever the rash had been!
